Amber Brantley, MA, LPA, BCBA
Amber is a Licensed Psychological Associate (LPA) and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). She received her Master’s degree in clinical psychology with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis from University of North Carolina Wilmington in 2011. While in graduate school, she completed a thesis in the area of childhood emotion regulation entitled, “Toddlers’ Frustration and Maternal Involvement: Changes from 24 to 36 Months.” She has provided one-on-one in-home therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorders since 2010. Once working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis and with the Autism population, her passion quickly grew. She was able open her own practice, Coastal Autism Solutions, in 2013, and she has been proudly serving families in Southeastern NC ever since.
Coastal Autism Solutions provides individualized assessments and treatment plans. Working closely together with parents and caregivers, Amber implements strategies to decrease problem behaviors, increase functional communication skills, increase social skills, increase academic skills, and increase independent living skills. Amber enjoys working in the home as a collaborative team with parents and other providers to create lasting behavioral changes.
